Description:
A local private estate trust funded the land and the equivalent of the cost of seven rooms and ensuites. Residents in these rooms are not subject to financial eligibility criteria and a small ingoing fee is charged. The remaining three rooms were funded by the State government and the usual public housing eligibility criteria applies to these rooms. The house opened in 2001.
