Rest and Recovery Program is a great success

The Burnie Abbeyfield Society (Northern Tasmania) has commenced a successful Rest and Recovery accommodation service. Ran in conjunction with the Burnie Hospital, the service provides assisted accommodation for discharged patients who longer need hospitalisation, but who are not yet well enought to return to their own homes - whether in Burnie or another north west community
